As a young boy, I was overweight and faced with social challenges throughout childhood as an outcome.
I always loved sports and wanted to participate although, my weight always held me back from performing like I wanted to. Finally I decided that I would do whatever it takes to become a better athlete. Which meant I had to make some drastic lifestyle changes. Over the next summer, I spent six days per week training in the gym and on the field.
At the start of the new school year, I was more in-shape than most of my peers and teammates. This an accomplishment that gave me joy, peace and a sense of being able to reach my dreams and goals.
After several years of performing well in sports, I was faced with the greatest challenge of my life. One day after practice while walking home, I was struck by a car and hospitalized for two months. I needed to prove to myself that I could get out of my hospital bed and rehabilitate my severely injured body. Ten months later I was back on track, with doctor's approval.
Because of the Bodybuilding bug and an already rich history in athletics and fitness, I decided to become a Professional Fitness Trainer. This is where I discovered my true self, a divine teacher who loves to help people. I find that the peace and joy I experience when helping people is one of the closest things to the meaning of life.
Today, not only do I know about the human anatomy, I know what works. I was able to transform myself from in a kid in a wheelchair to the athlete I had inside me. We are all athletes at heart. Anyone who inspires to make themselves physically better is an athlete.
What I will do for you is take my expertise and transcend onto you to get the most effective results, by incorporating proper lifestyle habits and specific techniques.
On top of great workout sessions and exercise programs, the most valuable asset I can give to you, straight from my heart is the mindset and capability to obtain the joy and peace that is felt when your dreams become reality.
To all of you that inspire and believe,
